We recommend service to your Cooling and Electrical Systems in the Spring and service to your Heating and Plumbing Systems in the Fall.  Our Service Agreement includes the following services:

AIR CONDITIONING UNITS:

  • Check evaporator coil
  • Check expansion valve
  • Clean evaporator drain
  • Check filters
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Measure temperature difference
  • Check condenser coil
  • Adjust thermostat calibration
  • Check fan blades for tightness
  • Lubricate fan motor
  • Check start and run delays
  • Check refrigerant level
  • Measure amperage draw
  • Inspect valves
  • Check blower wheel

GAS FURNACE

  • Clean & adjust automatic controls
  • Clean burners
  • Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
  • Lubricate as needed
  • Test for combustion leaks
  • Test safety shutoff response
  • Check blower belt wear tension and alignment
  • Check air Filter
  • Check flue to satisfactory operation

AIR CONDITIONER

  • Check blower belt wear, tension, and alignment
  • Check indoor coil
  • Check expansion valve and coil temperatures

ELECTRICAL

 Our exclusive annual electrical system check includes:

  • Inspect panel box condition and wiring
  • Inspect breakers/fuses
  • Identify panel brand/type
  • Identify incoming amperage
  • Inspect blinking lights and warm faceplates
  • Check for proper use of extension cords and power strips
  • Check for required arc fault protection
  • Check for presence and proper placement of smoke alarms and test each
  • Check for carbon monoxide detectors and test each
  • Check if electrical service capacity is
    adequate for present and future demands
  • Create evaluation report

HEATING / FURNACE UNITS:
